Job summary

Thales Group is seeking a high‑impact Sales Manager Asia to drive regional sales development across Asia from Singapore. You will own opportunities from early qualification through capture, bid, negotiation and contract award, coordinating with business lines and government stakeholders.

You will build robust pipelines, shape commercial strategies, and lead engagements with ANSPs, airports and regulators while navigating a matrix organization across diverse markets in Asia.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant sales, business development, capture or commercial experience.
• Proven experience in managing long B2B or government opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with ANSPs, aviation authorities, airports, airlines or government agencies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales activities for opportunities across Asia.
• Lead capture, bid, negotiation and contract award processes.
