Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking a General Manager, Sales for Singapore-based regional leadership across Southeast Asia, North Asia and South Asia. You will drive revenue growth, expand markets and own P&L, collaborating with HQ teams to accelerate growth across the region.

You will build and lead the regional commercial organisation, develop annual and long-term sales plans, manage channel partners and distributors, and identify new markets and key opportunities while traveling extensively

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B or industrial sales experience, including senior regional leadership roles.
• Experience managing channel and distributor networks, plus specification and project sales expertise.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales and business development strategy across Asia, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and execute annual and long-term sales plans, forecasts, budgets and growth strategies.
• Drive new business through key accounts, distributors, channel partners, specification sales and industry networks.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, developers, consultants, contractors and corporate customers.
• Identify new markets, customers and commercial opportunities to strengthen the regional presence.
• Partner with HQ-based teams on opportunities, tenders, proposals and project execution.
• Lead and develop the regional commercial organisation, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Take full commercial and P&L responsibility for the regional business.
