Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base and market presence.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to strengthen long-term relationships and business value.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market movements to spot new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams on project follow-up to ensure smooth delivery and a positive client experience.
• Understand client requirements and challenges, and develop suitable sales approaches and solutions.
