Job summary

SG Aluminium PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth in our Aluminium & Glass Hardware team. You will develop new customers, manage existing accounts and promote our range of aluminium doors, windows, glass systems, profiles, hardware and related building products.

The role is sales-driven with attractive commission opportunities. You will meet customers, develop business and achieve sales targets while collaborating with Operations and Technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in aluminium, glass, hardware, construction or related building materials industries.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities to grow the customer base.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willing to visit customers and sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Identify and approach potential customers, contractors, builders, renovators, developers and aluminium/glass companies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Promote and sell aluminium, glass and hardware products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate with customers.
• Conduct site visits and meet customers when required.
• Follow up closely on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technical and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, sales activities and follow-ups.
• Provide good after-sales service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
