Pepperl+Fuchs Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional RFQ Specialist to join the Singapore-based Sales team. You will translate customer requirements into technically compliant, competitive RFQs and act as the interface between regional sales, engineering, product management and production across Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or B.Tech in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in pre-sales support, electrical panel design, estimation or similar technical‑commercial role.
• Experience in second-level technical sales support or pre-sales engineering in control/instrumentation or electro‑mechanical products preferred.
• Knowledge of hazardous area and explosion-protected equipment (Ex-d/Ex-e) and IECEx/ATEX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as second-level technical support for regional sales across Asia, guiding on RFQs and solution requirements.
• Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates, technical proposals and RFQ submissions for explosion‑protected solutions.
• Analyse customer specifications, SLDs, wiring schematics and standards to define technical requirements and compliance.
• Develop tailored solutions by selecting components, switchgear, enclosures and LV panel configurations.
• Prepare GA drawings and BOMs for junction boxes, motor starter panels and LV panels.
• Support pricing strategies, price‑finding activities and technical query resolution with regional sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Product Management and Production to meet technical and commercial needs.
• Engage with customers to clarify requirements, present engineered solutions and ensure RFQs meet timelines and KPIs.
