You will oversee end-to-end real estate lifecycle, align country plans with global guidelines, and partner with landlords and brokerage networks to optimize the regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating retail operations across multi-market networks.
• Strong data fluency to translate KPIs into strategic actions.
• Proven ability to manage landlord/broker relationships and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional retail real estate lifecycle from site selection to portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with brand teams to plan campaigns, promotions and GWP mechanics.
• Deliver monthly data analyses and polished presentations for stakeholders.
• Govern regional governance and liaise between global team and SAPMENA entities.
• Monitor KPIs like occupancy costs, rollout timelines and service levels.
