Regional Quality Engineer - CAPA & Continuous Improvement

Achieve Group's client in the facility services sector is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality performance and continuous improvement across Southeast Asia. You will lead root cause investigations, drive CAPA, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS and customers to turn data into actionable improvements.

Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, you will monitor quality performance, support audits, and promote a culture of operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, operations, facilities management, semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, life sciences or critical environment industries.
• Experience leading root cause investigations and CAPA closure, and validating effectiveness of actions.
• Experience with internal audits and quality management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes and standards across facility services operations.
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and support functions to identify risks and improve ways of working.
• Participate in investigations and problem-solving to resolve issues and drive sustainable improvements.
• Collect, analyse and communicate quality and operational performance information for management and teams.
• Travel regionally for at least 50% of the time (primarily Singapore, Malaysia and other APAC locations).
