Job summary

Kingfisher HR Solutions Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to establish and lead the regional QA function across Southeast Asia, building a scalable QMS and ensuring compliance across the end-to-end supply chain.

The role includes standing up pharmacovigilance foundations, safety reporting processes, and oversight of licensors, contract manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners in a high-growth biopharma startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Quality Assurance experience within pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences.
• Deep expertise in GMP and GDP, QMS, CAPA, change control and recall management.
• Regional SE Asia/APAC distribution and regulatory environment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional QMS and QA operations.
• Ensure regulatory inspections readiness and compliance across supply chain.
• Oversee Pharmacovigilance foundations, safety reporting and PV vendor oversight.
• Partner with licensors, manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and logistics providers.
