Job summary

AB SCIEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer, QARA (QMS) to drive the Quality Management System and regulatory compliance. This on-site role reports to the Senior Manager, Global QMS Document Control & Training and collaborates across functions to strengthen QMS effectiveness.

You will lead document control, training, eQMS, CAPA, and audits while supporting continuous improvement and site compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, QA, or related field.
• Experience with QMS and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001/13485, FDA QMSR).
• Experience auditing and audit readiness.
• Experience with eQMS, document control, and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continually improve the QMS to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage QMS document control, training, and electronic systems; oversee changes and archival.
• Lead internal and external audits, plan readiness, and close audit actions.
• Support CAPA management, investigations, and process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
