Responsibilities

• Highlight and share best practices within the team to ensure consistency and continuity in operational excellence approach.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity within the team.
• Work and communicate with various teams based around the region.
• Assist in preparing QBR decks and support project management and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with client and counterparts in the China region as needed.
