Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a regional product planning professional to support new product development, launches, and lifecycle management across markets. You will coordinate projects with overseas partners and internal teams to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, and process improvements, with travel for factory audits and inspections as needed. Diploma or degree in engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product planning or project coordination.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable with technical product specifications and documentation.
• Able to read basic technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel overseas for factory audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development and launch activities across regional markets, monitor progress, and ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Organise and conduct product training for internal teams and overseas branches, including preparing training materials.
• Monitor changes in local regulations and product standards, coordinate testing, certification, and factory audits, and update stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and highlight delays or issues.
• Collaborate with headquarters, factories, Sales teams, distributors, and overseas partners to coordinate product requirements and project activities.
• Assist with product-related enquiries, coordinate technical matters with headquarters and factories, and maintain accurate product specifications.
• Maintain proper records of projects, product information, and certifications, while supporting improvements to existing processes.
