Job summary

Apple Singapore Operations and Supply Chain is seeking a senior PLR professional to lead localization and BOM architecture for APAC markets. You will partner with WW and regional teams to ensure 100% regulatory compliance and on-time launches of hardware across Japan, Australia, NZ, and broader APAC. Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving are essential.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to navigate and lead cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization.
• Ability to synthesize regulatory and operational data into clear business cases.
• Meticulous in managing BOMs, regulatory texts, and component specs.
• Strong executive communication skills for cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to challenge workflows and drive scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Define in-market localization requirements for every NPI and manage BOMs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Trade to address regulatory hurdles.
• Architect scalable localization solutions balancing compliance with cost and supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvements across launch readiness workflows.
