• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformational initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience steering operations within a high-growth cybersecurity or cloud provider.
• Exceptional capability to influence and drive organizational change.
• Solid understanding of AI and security automation.
• Proven success building and optimizing delivery methodologies.
• Stellar communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Deep technical literacy in modern cybersecurity architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the application and quality governance of global COE methodologies.
• Establish seamless alignment between PS and CS organizations.
• Serve as the regional authority for complex delivery challenges.
• Enforce cohesive end-to-end customer journey.
• Partner with regional Sales to ensure delivery readiness.
• Maintain visibility into regional capacity and delivery risks.
• Influence the design and strategic direction of the Global COE.
