Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Practice Architect - Capability Development to lead enterprise security enablement for Cortex and Cloud portfolios. You will design scalable learning programs, mentor consultants, and drive field readiness across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.

You will partner with leadership to define capability benchmarks, create knowledge assets, and execute strategic partner delivery improvements to raise delivery quality

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise security solutions within Professional Services.
• Proven ability mentoring, coaching, and developing technical professionals.
• Experience designing and delivering technical learning programs, workshops, labs, or capability development initiatives.
• Strong customer facing consulting experience with the ability to coach through real‑world engagements.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross‑functional organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capability development strategy for Cortex & Cloud portfolio.
• Deliver hands‑on technical enablement sessions, workshops, labs, and deployment scenarios.
• Lead technical workshops, boot camps, and instructor‑led training.
• Mentor consultants during customer engagements to strengthen delivery skills.
• Partner with leadership to assess capability benchmarks and drive certification planning.
• Provide feedback into COE on partner readiness and opportunities for improvement.
