Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management services on construction projects. You will oversee invoicing, cost reporting, and risk management while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver value and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in cost management, strong leadership and English communication skills, and experience with Cost-X or equivalent tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in cost management or construction projects.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills; ability to drive outcomes.
• Experience in value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management delivery for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives.
• Oversee commissions and invoicing processes; manage cost reporting and client communications.
• Manage end-to-end cost plans, monthly cost reports, and value engineering exercises.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
