You will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, drive regional demand forecasting, S&OP processes and inventory optimisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Min 5 years of supply chain experience in healthcare/medical devices/manufacturing.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, demand/supply planning and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP and advanced Excel/data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, distributors and manufacturing partners to balance demand and supply.
• Drive inventory optimisation to improve stock availability and minimise write-offs.
• Manage regional S&OP processes and conduct cross-functional planning reviews.
• Develop supply risk mitigation strategies and support business continuity.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships, performance reviews and negotiations.
