Job summary

Cosentino, a global premium leader in innovative architectural surfaces, seeks a Regional Marketing Leader for SEA based in Singapore. You will drive regional marketing strategy, lead campaigns, and collaborate with APAC HQ to ensure impactful execution across the region.

You will build relationships with architects and designers, develop omnichannel campaigns, manage events, partnerships, and CRM operations, and guide content strategy to elevate the Cosentino brand in SEA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar marketing role (client-side or agency).
• Experience in design, architecture, or premium/lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• A Master degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual marketing plan and budget for SEA, aligned with global strategy and local market needs.
• Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and co-branding initiatives.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, and industry influencers; drive content collaborations and showroom activities.
• Lead retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel campaigns with retailers and trade partners.
• Plan and execute industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows; develop partnerships and sponsorships.
• Define and execute regional social media and content strategy; adapt global campaigns for local audiences; collaborate with influencers.

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Leader, SEA, responsible for driving and executing the regional marketing and lead generation execution aligned with the global and local direction.

This role works closely with Regional Marketing APAC, HQ, and the Regional Director to evolve strategy and ensure impactful execution across the region.

What you will do

Strategic Marketing

• Lead the annual marketing plan and budget for SEA, aligned with global strategy and local market needs.
• Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and co-branding initiatives.

A&D Engagement & Brand Positioning

• Build relationships with architects, designers, and key industry influencers.
• Drive content collaborations, thought leadership initiatives, and showroom activities.

Retail & Trade Marketing

• Lead retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Develop omnichannel campaigns to engage retailers and trade partners.

Events & Partnerships

• Plan and execute industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Develop partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding opportunities aligned with brand values.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Define and execute the regional social media and content strategy.
• Adapt global campaigns for local audiences and create engaging digital content.
• Collaborate with influencers and designers to increase brand visibility.

CRM & Marketing Operations

• Manage Salesforce CRM, marketing campaigns, and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

What you need to succeed

Education:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• A Master degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar marketing role (client-side or agency).
• Experience in design, architecture, or premium/lifestyle brands is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
• Excellent aesthetic sense and passion for design.
• Proficiency in creative tools would be a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration
