Job summary

Cosentino South East Asia PTE. LTD. seeks a Regional Marketing Specialist SEA to drive regional marketing and lead generation, aligning with global and local strategy.

You will collaborate with APAC/HQ and the Regional Director to evolve strategy and ensure impactful execution across the SEA market. The role covers strategic marketing, A&D engagement, retail and trade marketing, events, digital content, and CRM operations, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership and brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar marketing role (client-side or agency).
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master’s a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual SEA marketing plan and budget aligned with global strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and co-branding initiatives.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, and industry influencers; drive content collaborations and showroom activities.
• Lead retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel campaigns with trade partners.
• Plan and execute industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows; develop partnerships and sponsorships.
• Define and execute regional social media and content strategy; adapt global campaigns for local audiences; collaborate with influencers.
• Manage Salesforce CRM, marketing campaigns, and lead generation; coordinate internal and external teams.

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist SEA, responsible for driving and executing the regional marketing and lead generation execution aligned with the global and local direction.

This role works closely with Regional Marketing APAC, HQ, and the Regional Director to evolve strategy and ensure impactful execution across the region.

What you will do

Strategic Marketing

• Lead the annual marketing plan and budget for SEA, aligned with global strategy and local market needs.
• Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and co-branding initiatives.

A&D Engagement & Brand Positioning

• Build relationships with architects, designers, and key industry influencers.
• Drive content collaborations, thought leadership initiatives, and showroom activities.

Retail & Trade Marketing

• Lead retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Develop omnichannel campaigns to engage retailers and trade partners.

Events & Partnerships

• Plan and execute industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Develop partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding opportunities aligned with brand values.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Define and execute the regional social media and content strategy.
• Adapt global campaigns for local audiences and create engaging digital content.
• Collaborate with influencers and designers to increase brand visibility.

CRM & Marketing Operations

• Manage Salesforce CRM, marketing campaigns, and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

What you need to succeed

Education

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

A Master degree is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in a similar marketing role (client-side or agency).

Experience in design, architecture, or premium/lifestyle brands is a plus.

Skills

Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.

Excellent aesthetic sense and passion for design.

Proficiency in creative tools would be a plus.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration
