Job summary

Fugro Singapore Marine PTE. LTD. seeks a result-oriented leader to drive MAI regional growth and asset integrity solutions. You will shape strategy, lead teams, and coordinate with global MAI leadership to deliver value for clients across energy and water sectors.

The role requires influencing clients toward new solutions, delivering long-term value, and ensuring operations meet regulatory and Fugro standards while expanding the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage clients.
• Ability to drive regional growth, leads into contracts and strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MAI regional business line and drive operational excellence.
• Develop and execute short- and medium-term regional strategy.
• Manage client relationships and target regional revenue/profit goals.
