Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain professional to manage a regional country portfolio, handling the full order-to-cash cycle and coordinating warehouse exports and direct shipments.

Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, maintaining shipping documentation, and ensuring accurate invoicing. The role requires cross-functional collaboration within a multinational environment and a CAN-DO attitude.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be an advantage.
• Experience: 3-4 years in an MNC or trading operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP R3 will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English with Mandarin ability a plus for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• CAN-DO attitude and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with supplier on end-to-end order schedules.
• Gatekeeper of pricing elements on agreements for end-to-end orders.
• Plan export shipments and coordinate with warehouses and 3rd party logistics.
• Prepare full set of shipping documents and related bank documents.
• Verify freight and supplier invoices.
• Handle customer complaints on billing, shipments, or stock issues.
• Participate in ad hoc supply chain projects and initiatives.
