Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Intern to support planning, coordination, and delivery of regional education initiatives across Southeast Asia & Korea. You will collaborate with cross-market stakeholders, gain hands-on programme management experience, and develop content for digital learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• Ability to commit for minimum 6 months (Jan–Jun/Jul 2027).
• Strong organisation and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication across markets.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of virtual classes, webinars, workshops and regional learning events.
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, participant communications, training materials and registration.
• Provide on-site or virtual support during learning activities to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist in developing and updating presentations, learning materials, and digital resources.
• Support rollout of Leonardo learning programs and campaigns across the region.
• Track learner registrations, participation and completion rates; collect feedback.
• Maintain training records and prepare simple dashboards for regional reviews.
