EssilorLuxottica is offering a Regional Medical & Professional Affairs Optometry Intern role across Southeast Asia and Korea. You will support medical education programs, coordinate speaker management, and ensure project execution with compliance across multiple markets.

The internship focuses on scientific education, stakeholder engagement, and operational support, with opportunities to contribute to post-event analyses and management updates while developing strong project management and Excel

Qualifications

• Currently studying Optometry as a major of your degree.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months (Jan–Jun/Jul, 2027).
• Analytical ability and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of educational programs, webinars, workshops, and congresses.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities with healthcare professionals and speakers.
• Maintain project tracking, reporting and compliance documentation.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations and post-event reports.
• Monitor developments in vision care and myopia management.
• Support preparation of dashboards and management updates.
