Job summary

Rj Global in Singapore seeks an Area Business Coach to drive growth and operational excellence across ~10 kiosks. This hands-on leader will oversee staffing, revenue growth, cost control and financial performance to ensure consistent service excellence.

You will implement programs, ensure SOP compliance, and lead a fast-paced team. The role involves scheduling, occasional cooking/serving, audits, and addressing customer feedback to raise standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven relevant experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify opportunities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales growth targets.
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goals.
• Able to set priorities, plan, organise, and delegate.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Flexibility to travel between kiosks and work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned stores (about 10) to ensure smooth flow of daily operations and delivery of targets for each outlet.
• Implement company programs and manage operations to ensure SOP compliance, safety and local regulations for optimal service and quality.
• Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed across different stores.
• Manage manpower schedules.
• Step in to assist with simple cooking or serving tasks during periods of low staffing, demonstrating a hands-on leadership approach.
• Participate in audits to ensure company standards for operations, food quality, outlet hygiene and workplace safety are met.
• Investigate customer complaints and propose areas of improvements.
• Recruit, retain and motivate employees; conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate.
• Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of all areas of the kiosks and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
