Job summary

manna 360 pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple food kiosks across the assigned area. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence while developing Store Managers and building high‑performing teams.

This hands‑on leader translates company strategies into consistent execution at store level while ensuring food safety, customer experience, and compliance across all kiosks. Regular travel between outlets is required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or multi‑outlet operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record managing multiple outlets, stores, kiosks, or locations.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret business performance data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple food kiosks within the assigned area.
• Ensure outlets meet company standards for service, quality, cleanliness, safety, and execution.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify gaps and improvements.
• Drive sales, profitability, and cost-control initiatives across all outlets.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers; set performance objectives and conduct reviews.
• Monitor manpower, rosters, and recruitment to maintain staffing levels across outlets.
• Ensure customer experience standards and food safety/hygiene compliance.
• Support opening of new kiosks and rollout of promotions and initiatives.
