Job summary

DEEP GROUNDWATER PTE. LTD. is seeking an Area Business Coach in Singapore to drive growth and operational excellence across multiple kiosks. You will lead staffing, revenue growth, cost control and customer service quality with a hands‑on approach.

The role requires 3+ years in F&B, strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets. Travel between kiosks, weekend and public holiday work are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven relevant experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned stores (about 10) to ensure smooth flow of daily operations and delivery of targets for each outlet.
• Implement company programs and manage operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and local regulations for quality service.
• Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed across stores.
• Manage manpower schedules.
• Step in to assist with simple cooking or serving tasks during periods of low staffing.
• Participate in audits to ensure standards for operations, food quality, hygiene and safety.
• Investigate customer complaints and propose areas of improvements.
• Recruit, retain and motivate employees; conduct performance and salary reviews; resolve problems and communicate openly.
• Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of kiosks and equipment.

About the role

Drive growth and operational excellence as an Area Business Coach. This role requires a hands‑on approach, proven experience and a passion for achieving ambitious financial goals. You'll manage all aspects of kiosk operations, including staffing, revenue growth, cost control and financial performance, ensuring consistent service excellence across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all assigned stores (about 10) to ensure smooth flow of daily operations and delivery of targets for each outlet
• Implement company programs and manage the operations as required to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and local regulations to ensure an optimal level of service and quality are provided to customers
• Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed across different stores
• Manage manpower schedules
• Step in to assist with simple cooking or serving tasks during periods of low staffing, demonstrating a hands‑on leadership approach
• Participate in audits to ensure company standards for operations, food quality, outlet hygiene and workplace safety are met
• Investigate customer complaints and propose areas of improvements
• Recruit, retain and motivate employees; conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate
• Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of all areas of the kiosks and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service
