Job summary

Olympus Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee regional IT infrastructure service delivery in alignment with Global IT functions and standards. You will bridge local requirements with global roadmaps, ensuring reliable operation and vendor management.

The role emphasizes local project execution, budgeting, and compliance while supporting cross-regional collaboration and continuous improvement of infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, or related field; working experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure service delivery experience in regional/local contexts.
• Proven experience with offshore service providers.
• Strong IT infrastructure and ITIL/ITSM know-how; Agile IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the Global IT Service delivery team and drive global standards while capturing local requirements.
• Oversee regional and local infrastructure and facilities, harmonizing with global standards and strategy.
• Manage day-to-day IT service delivery across manufacturing sites, warehouses, and offices in the region.
• Develop and implement roadmaps to standardize local IT services in line with global plans.
• Support IT governance, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management within the region.
• Execute local IT projects (e.g., office moves) in alignment with global IT standards.
