Job summary

Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a Regional HVAC BDM to drive regional new business development, partnering with subsidiaries to grow revenue in Southeast Asia and Oceania, expanding opportunities in Applied / Central HVAC and Data Center cooling.

You will build strategic relationships with customers and consultants, manage pipelines, and support strategic projects while promoting sales excellence across the region. Willingness to travel across SEA & Oceania is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in B2B sales, project sales, business development, or key account management.
• Experience in Data Center cooling proposal or project sales, or data center design concepts.
• Solid understanding of Applied / Central HVAC project sales (chillers, AHU, hydronic systems, controls).
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia & Oceania as required.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales growth by identifying opportunities and building strategic pipelines.
• Develop strategic customer and consultant relationships across Southeast Asia & Oceania.
• Collaborate with product teams on Data Center cooling proposals and solutions.
• Provide technical sales support for key projects, including presentations.
• Drive specification-in activities with M&E consultants and designers.
• Develop sales enablement materials and technical training for the region.
• Analyse market trends and competitive insights to guide growth strategies.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries to expand System Air Conditioning scope.
