Job summary

Samsung is seeking a Regional HVAC BDM to drive new business across Southeast Asia & Oceania. Partnering with subsidiaries, you will expand Applied / Central HVAC and Data Center cooling opportunities, build strategic customer and consultant relationships, and strengthen project pipelines.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to position solutions, support strategic projects, and promote sales excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
8+ years in B2B sales, project sales or business development.
Experience with Data Center cooling proposal or project sales or familiarity with data center design concepts.
Solid understanding of Applied / Central HVAC project sales (chillers, AHU, hydronic systems, controls).

Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities and develop strategic customer/project pipelines in SEA & Oceania.
Support Data Center cooling proposal activities, focusing on technical classification and solution positioning.
Collaborate with product/engineering teams on Applied/Central HVAC opportunities.
Provide technical sales support including proposals and customer presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, developers and contractors.
Drive specification-in activities with M&E consultants and designers.
Develop sales enablement materials and technical presentations for the region.
Analyse market trends and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.
