Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is recruiting a Senior HR Operations professional to oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding. You will coordinate payroll and work with external providers to ensure timely processing, while advising managers on HR policies.

The role requires strong experience in payroll compliance, process improvements, and HRIS proficiency, with a track record of delivering efficient, compliant HR operations across a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles in similar industries.
• Strong exposure to Singapore payroll administration and statutory compliance requirements.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements, systems enhancements, or automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
• Coordinate payroll administration and partner with external providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR operational matters and policies
• Support HR compliance, governance frameworks, documentation, and audit requirements
• Deliver regional and global people programmes including performance cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and benefits administration
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency through process optimisation and automation
• Maintain high standards of HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational controls
