Job summary

CA SEARCH PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Regional HR Advisor to manage the full employee lifecycle across Asia on a 6-month contract.

You will report to the Managing Director, Asia, with a dotted line to the Group Chief People Officer, and oversee talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and rewards across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with the Global HR team to implement people programmes, ensure compliance with local labour law, and drive engagement and retention

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 7 years of HR experience.
• Strong understanding of local labour legislation; regional experience would be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to start immediately and commit for at least 6 months (to June 2027).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional and Functional Leaders to develop and implement people plans aligned to business objectives and growth priorities.
• Provide expert advice and challenge to leaders.
• Analyse people data to identify risks, opportunities, and actions to strengthen organisational performance.
• Lead and support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Coach and support managers on performance management, employee relations matters, leadership effectiveness, and people management best practice.
• Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, and business transformation activities where required.
• Design, implement, and manage recruitment campaigns; main point of contact to manage all campaigns.
• Oversee HR induction and on/off-boarding of new employees and resignees.
• Stay up-to-date with regional labour legislation to ensure HR processes are compliant to regulations.
• Prepare payroll for relevant locations (Singapore, Philippines, New Zealand).
