Michael Page is representing a fast-growing payments fintech organisation in Singapore, seeking a seasoned Head of Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise-wide risk frameworks and regulatory engagement. You will partner with senior leadership and regulators to shape governance, controls, and strategic risk direction.

The role requires extensive MAS expertise, AML/CFT knowledge, and proven leadership to build a high-performing team in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit within financial services or fintech.
• Proven leadership experience at Head or Director level.
• Strong expertise in MAS regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT and financial crime risk management.
• Experience managing regulatory audits and inspections.
• Strategic mindset with ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• High integrity with sound judgement and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
• Act as the primary liaison with MAS and regulatory authorities.
• Drive compliance monitoring, audits, and internal control reviews.
• Oversee AML/CFT, fraud prevention, and financial crime frameworks.
• Advise senior leadership and Board on risk and regulatory matters.
• Develop policies, governance structures, and risk controls.
• Build and lead a high-performing risk & compliance team.
