Responsibilities

Establish annual sales goals by forecasting anticipated sales volume and profit for existing and new customers/businesses
Develop and implement sales programs and plans to achieve sales goals, which includes growing new accounts and the servicing of existing accounts
Identify and evaluate industry trends and competitive developments, recommending changes in current products, services, pricing and policies
Updates Management on sales progress through the submission of activity and result reports on a regular basis
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in delivery of logistics services
Ensures customer receivables/DSO is timely and within the guidelines stipulated by the company
Perform overseas travel/short or long-term assignments related to scope of work
Any other work-related matters as assigned
