Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking a marketing intern to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track campaigns with a keen eye on performance metrics.

The role involves creating clear marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, ads, and social media, conducting market research, and assisting partnership marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields, graduating by July 2027.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, CRM, or data analysis preferred.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in numbers, reporting, and campaign tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Familiar with social media, digital campaigns, or content creation.
• Organised, proactive, and able to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (design tools a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives across channels.
• Track KPIs and measure campaign impact to optimise effectiveness.
• Create clear and engaging marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, ads, and social posts.
• Assist with partnership marketing, liaising with partners and managing deliverables.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and consumer behavior.
