Job summary

Visa is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst in Singapore to support integrated regional programs across Value-Added Services. You will work with Sales, GTM, Product, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.

Reporting to the Regional Growth Marketing Director, you will help optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and produce executive-ready reports while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, data analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, commercial planning, partner marketing, revenue operations, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations for executive-level reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows is an advantage, including large language models for research and content drafting.
• Experience with CRM, marketing and reporting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Swoogo, ON24, Power BI, Tableau; design tools like Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional growth marketing programs, including executive events, industry activations, digital campaigns, account-based marketing, and partner programs.
• Manage pre-event and post-event processes: communications, briefs, follow-up, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, acquirers, financial institutions, fintechs, and technology partners.
• Analyze installed base performance, adoption trends, whitespace opportunities, and pipeline movement to support growth strategy.
• Maintain and update priority account lists, engagement tracking, and marketing dashboards with Demand Operations.
• Support data-driven insights and executive reporting to inform regional investment decisions.
