Job summary

Visa is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst in Singapore to support regional growth programs for Value-Added Services. You will partner with sales, GTM, product, and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and pipeline growth across regional markets.

The role requires 5–8 years in marketing (B2B tech/fintech), experience with partner marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives, and strong data analytics.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience supporting partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, ecosystem marketing, or joint go-to-market initiatives is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners across different organizations, markets, and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of regional growth marketing programs, including executive engagement events, industry event activations, digital campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and partner programs.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including acquirers, issuers, fintechs, technology providers, resellers, and industry ecosystem partners.
• Partner with regional sales and product teams to identify opportunities to leverage partner channels, events, customer bases, and market presence to drive awareness, demand generation, and business growth.
• Support the development of joint value propositions, customer stories, and sales enablement materials that highlight shared business outcomes and market opportunities.
• Track and analyze partner marketing performance, including engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and return on marketing investment.
