The role involves root-cause analysis with minimal supervision, clear technical communication with customers, and frequent travel to site locations.

Ideal candidates hold Mechanical Fitter qualifications, strong industry knowledge, safety mindset, and field service experience.

Qualifications

• Mechanical fitter trade qualified and aware of safety standards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use workshop measuring equipment.
• Experience in field service and working with customers at various levels.
• Willingness to travel for site work and OEM training.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of service and repair for industrial gearbox and power transmission equipment.
• Determine root causes with minimal supervision.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers to achieve best outcomes.
• Frequent travel and site work required.
