Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Technician (Gear Motor & Drive Systems) to diagnose, repair and maintain industrial gear motors at customer sites. The role involves field service, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• ITE Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of mechanical gear systems and maintenance practices.
• Able to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for servicing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot industrial gear motors and related equipment.
• Identify mechanical problems and determine causes of failures.
• Perform repair and overhaul work, including dismantling and reassembling gearboxes and motors.
• Carry out routine maintenance such as alignment checks and lubrication.
• Test repaired equipment for performance (temp, vibration, noise).
• Travel to customer sites for servicing and maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and update equipment records.
