Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Regional FP&A professional to partner with commercial leaders across APAC. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive profitability and strategic decision-making.

You will lead multi-market planning, deliver robust financial insights, and support pricing strategies and investments, working within a multinational finance team and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent).
• 8–10 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Experience in multinational organisations and regional partnering.
• Strong financial modelling and business performance management skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with ERP/reporting systems experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights across the organisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Partner with regional business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and monthly performance review processes across multiple markets.
• Deliver robust financial analysis, identify key business drivers, and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and proactively identify risks and opportunities within the business.
• Support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and commercial initiatives through detailed financial modelling and analysis.
• Collaborate with finance teams across the region to ensure timely reporting, business transparency, and compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting effectiveness, business insights, and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification).
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or commercial finance.
• Experience within multinational organisations and regional business partnering environments.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and business performance management skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with experience using ERP and reporting systems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial insights effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
