iNova Pharmaceuticals is seeking an FP&A Manager AMENA to lead regional financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and forward-looking analysis. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, drive governance across planning processes, and support strategic decision-making for AMENA.

You will partner with Finance Director and senior leaders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely reporting while building a capable FP&A team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or related fields; professional qualification advantageous.
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A exposure.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to lead planning cycles, manage stakeholders, and deliver under tight timelines.
• Advanced analytical and modelling skills; proficient with Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and planning for AMENA region.
• Own governance framework to ensure timely, high-quality planning deliverables.
• Improve processes, tools, data flows, and automation for accuracy and insight.
• Document planning assumptions and align with business drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reflect actuals in forecasts.
• Build strong finance relationships and act as trusted business partner.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with clear drivers and actions.
• Provide forward-looking insights via scenarios and sensitivities.
• Maintain financial truth and resolve data gaps across teams.
