Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to drive forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering across the organisation in Singapore. You will deliver consolidated analyses, scenario planning, and actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel, Oracle Essbase and SQL skills, along with the ability to communicate insights effectively to management. Collaboration with multiple departments and strong English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant FP&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide consolidated monthly forecasts for revenue and expenses with clear implications for action.
• Lead annual budgeting process and stress-test assumptions against variances.
• Collaborate with department heads to review spend analytics and drive corrective actions.
• Perform profitability analyses and translate findings into operational actions.
• Lead P&L assessments for growth initiatives and run scenario testing.
