Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Group Finance Manager for a precision engineering and semiconductor manufacturing client in the West Singapore. You will lead the group’s monthly closing, consolidation, and IFRS/SFRS compliance while upholding strong internal controls.

You will collaborate with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy, coordinate audits, and manage cash flow and treasury operations to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience
• Experience in Group consolidation and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s monthly financial closing and ensure timely management and statutory reporting
• Oversee Group consolidation and ensure IFRS/SFRS compliance and group accounting policies
• Review complex accounting matters, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure strong financial controls and maintain accuracy and integrity of financial information
• Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital management and statutory audit processes
• Maintain internal control framework and ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements
• Develop, review and maintain finance policies, SOPs and governance frameworks
• Coordinate internal and external audits and timely resolution of audit findings
• Monitor financial risks and support enterprise risk management initiatives
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning and day-to-day treasury operations
• Monitor banking facilities, loan repayments, foreign exchange exposure and covenant compliance
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
