Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Group Finance Manager for a fast-growing energy solutions company with renewable energy focus and a growing regional presence.

You will drive finance and accounting operations, lead monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and develop the finance team while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with 2 years of managerial experience, ideally within the energy industry.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly management accounts, financial reporting, consolidation, and year-end closing.
• Lead budgeting, costing, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management's business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external stakeholders.
• Review and strengthen internal controls, finance processes, and reporting systems.
• Lead and develop the finance team while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
