JonDavidson Pte Ltd is seeking a senior finance leader to shape the financial future of a dynamic hospitality group across multiple locations. You will provide strategic leadership, drive profitability, governance and growth initiatives while partnering with regional leadership.

In this role you will mentor a high-performing team, oversee FP&A, budgeting and capital planning, and deliver insights to support executive decisions and stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Preferred professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or equivalent.
• Extensive senior regional finance leadership experience within hospitality, asset-intensive, real estate or service-driven industries is highly advantageous.
• Deep understanding of financial governance, controls, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Track record in team and financial leadership, effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong expertise in commercial finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting & business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of governance, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading transformation, change management and process improvements initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to drive revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance.
• Provide commercial and financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Oversee financial performance, including cashflow management, capital expenditure planning and investment evaluation.
• Lead performance management processes, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, compliance, tax management, compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, owners and business partners.
• Support business expansion projects, strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, integrations and restructuring activities.
