Qualifications

• 5–8 years of business controlling and/or audit experience.
• Finance or accounting degree required.
• Experience in luxury, FMCG, beauty or retail and regional roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and country teams on ROI analyses and budgeting.
• Monthly closing coordination with operations and accounting.
• Provide financial insights to support growth and cost control.
• Analyze marketing spend and vendor selections.
• Prepare budget revisions and 3-year plans.
• Ensure internal controls and risk reporting.
