Cycle & Carriage Singapore is seeking a Regional Finance & Corporate Development Manager to partner with the Regional CFO across Singapore and Malaysia, with a growing focus on expanding into other markets in Asia. This high-impact, business-facing role blends finance, strategy and growth to deliver insights and support strategic investments, including M&A.

You will translate performance data into actionable recommendations for management, oversee financial planning and budgeting, and prepare

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Chartered Accountant or CFA qualifications are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory or related field.
• Strong foundation in accounting and financial principles with the ability to interpret performance.
• Excellent MS Excel and financial modelling skills; adept at turning data into insights.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently or in teams; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience across Southeast Asia is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate regional expansion opportunities across Singapore, Malaysia and other markets in Asia.
• Support end-to-end evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, including financial modelling, due diligence and post-investment integration.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to assess opportunities, risks and growth.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for EXCOM, the Board and other senior management forums.
