Job summary

Michael Page International Pte Ltd. is recruiting for a senior finance leader to oversee the Asia region, reporting to the Group CFO. The role focuses on leading the finance function, driving growth, governance and transformation across multiple markets.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, supply chain and corporate functions to deliver robust financial performance and strategic initiatives across Asia.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated industries.
• Experience overseeing finance activities across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with commercial leadership teams.
• Experience leading finance transformation and operating model initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, tax and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional finance operations across Asia markets with consistent execution.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes to support growth.
• Deliver actionable financial insights, profitability analysis and managerial reporting.
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders on pricing, investments and margins.
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, statutory compliance and risk management.
• Optimise working capital and cash flow performance across the region.
• Support regional transformation programmes and future finance operating model initiatives.
