Job summary

LVMH Fashion Group Southeast Asia and Oceania is seeking an Assistant Accountant to fortify financial records across multiple entities and Maisons. You will collaborate with commercial, retail, AR/AP, and cross-functional finance teams to strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting workflows.

The role emphasizes month-end close, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis to support FP&A and business decision-making. Strong English communication and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting or audit experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP/finance system proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.
• Fluent English with cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily transactional accounting including journal entries, postings and GL reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, accruals, variance analysis and close coordination with AR/AP.
• Prepare schedules, bank reconciliations, and management reporting for Group reporting.
• Assist with tax reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and process improvements.
