Rim Polymers Industries Pte Ltd, part of the CEH Group, is seeking an Electrical/Mechatronic Engineer to install, commission, service and troubleshoot PU foam dispensing machines and related systems at customer sites across the Asia-Pacific region.
Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, ability to read schematics, and good communication skills. PLC experience is a plus; frequent overseas travel is expected.

Installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting of PU (Polyurethane) foam dispensing machines including mold carrier, panel press and other conveyor system.
Liaise and work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure best solutions are identified and problems are solved with minimum supervision.
Liaise with office for information and status of the ongoing projects.
Sourcing for new suppliers/ contractors required for ongoing projects.
Coordinate and ensure smooth start up, work closely with the customer and to get acceptance signature.
Provide feedback to engineering and service department to reduce parts replacement, shorten the installation time and meeting customer satisfaction.
Conduct user training for end-customers.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
Able to read and understand electrical / hydraulic / pneumatics schematics drawings.
Knowledge and experience in PLC programming an added advantage.
Good time management and communication skills.
Customer relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Frequent overseas travel is required.
