Job summary

LEGO Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites an experienced events professional to help plan and deliver workplace events across two hubs and 14 regional offices in APAC.

You will coordinate Play Day activities in Shanghai and Singapore, manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and communications, and translate global requirements into local action. You’ll work with the Workplace Innovation & Engagement team to shape practical plans, support local teams, and ensure successful execution of Company Anniversary

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering workplace or corporate events across multiple locations.
• Experience coordinating event timelines, logistics, suppliers, communications and budgets.
• Ability to translate global event requirements into effective local plans.
• Mandarin language capability would be advantageous for China collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of Play Day in Shanghai and Singapore hub, including timelines, logistics, suppliers, communications, budgets and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Workplace Innovation & Engagement to translate requirements into practical local plans.
• Act as a point of support for regional offices delivering Play Day and other events.
