Job summary

The LEGO Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced events planner to lead workplace events across China and APAC, coordinating Play Days, Family Days and Year-End Parties with local teams.

You will translate global requirements into practical local plans, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion and other stakeholders while supporting a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering workplace or corporate events, ideally across multiple locations.
• Experience coordinating event timelines, logistics, suppliers, communications and budgets.
• Ability to translate global event requirements into effective local plans, taking local needs and context into consideration.
• Experience creating practical templates, tools or guidance that enable local teams to deliver events consistently and effectively.
• Ability to anticipate operational and budget considerations, identify potential risks and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Play Day across Shanghai and Singapore hub, including timelines, logistics, suppliers, communications and budgets.
• Collaborate with Workplace Innovation & Engagement to translate requirements into local plans.
• Provide planning support for regional offices delivering Play Day and deliver timely guidance.
• Coordinate Company Anniversary activities across China and APAC, ensuring clear requirements and delivery expectations.
• Support the broader workplace events program across China and APAC with practical guidance for events in our spaces.
• Plan Family Days per Workplace Innovation & Engagement guidance and convert into workable local plans.
• Provide planning and operational support for Year-End Parties and other key workplace events.
• Coordinate with Diversity & Inclusion, Social Responsibility, Rewards, Innovation and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a clear regional events calendar and forward plan for visibility of activities.
